Cinderella Stories Health and Fitness also provides Kids Active Fit sessions and health and fitness retreats for those seeking to detox and renew.

Personal training

Personal training provides you with an opportunity to work one-on-one with a trainer who will help and inspire you to reach your personal goals. Sessions run for 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Bootcamps and Group Fitness

Bootcamps and group fitness sessions are designed to be fun, active, full-body workouts for all ages and fitness levels in an outdoor environment. Sessions run for approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Kids Active Fit sessions

Kids Active Fit is a fun, non-intimidating, non-competitive, kids fitness program designed to help children improve their cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, coordination and body fat percentage with exciting workouts that will encourage a lifetime of healthy habits. Sessions run for approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Massage Therapy

Relaxation | Deep Tissue | Sports Massage


Relaxation is a gentle massage using Swedish and calming techniques. Relaxation massage is performed with a light to medium pressure using a mixture of long relaxing strokes and gentle soft tissue manipulation. Some light stretching is performed to help release muscle tightness.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, however, the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, working to release chronic muscle tension or ‘knots’.

Sports Massage

Sports massage focuses on muscles relevant to the event. For athletes who train continuously, the goal is to enhance endurance, lessen the chance of injury and shorten the time needed to recover from an event. Sports massage may utilise a variety of techniques such as classical Swedish massage and trigger point therapy.  Prior to an athletic event, sports massage may be used with stretching in order to help athletes to loosen, warm and prepare their muscles so that their performance and endurance might be enhanced. Following an athletic event, sports massage may be used to relieve pain, prevent stiffness and return the muscles back to their normal state. Sports massage may also be used for injury rehabilitation.
